Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time 
We know you want your drip ASAP. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Pre-Paid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all pre-paid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹[AMOUNT] applies to COD orders.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Metros: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors (weather, courier delays) which are out of our control, but we promise to get it to you as fast as possible.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can track your package every step of the way.


Return & Exchange Policy

The "Good Juju" Promise We want you to be obsessed with your purchase. However, if something isn't right, here is how we can fix it.

1. The "Hygiene" Rule (Important) For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Earrings. Since these are pierced jewelry items, we cannot resell them once they have been handled. Thank you for understanding!

2. What IS Returnable?

  • Necklaces, Rings, and Bracelets (if unworn and in original packaging).

  • Any item that arrived damaged or defective.

  • Any item where we sent the wrong product (oops!).

3. Return Timeline You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at goodjuju148@gmail.com with your Order # and a photo of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your pincode) or ask you to ship it back to us.

5. Refunds

  • Pre-Paid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store Credit (Gift Card) valid for 1 year.

6. Damaged Items If you received a damaged item, please take a photo/video immediately upon opening the package and email it to us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately—no questions asked.
